The machines can be used for various applications in plastics production and recycling: for production (granulation) of plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, PS and PVC, for the production of films, for recycling PET and also for upcycling various materials. FDAN Extruder fits the best for processing of polymers like PE, PP, etc. It permanently provides maximum production capacity and non stop duration of processes with a low energy requirements. Its design principle makes it optimal for usage in any polymer plant. Whether it is a matter of continuously stabilizing, homogenizing and pelletizing LLDPE, HDPE or PP powder. You achieve maximum throughput rates with the lowest possible cost and the highest product quality.
The current series features a specific torque of 12.5 Nm/cm3. This brings polyolefin processing to the throughput rate of 135 t/h and beyond.
