Compounding is employed to mix a polymer matrix with different additives to achieve a specific material behavior. Extrusion is used to determine the final form of polymers and plastics, from small sample amounts during initial product development through to full-scale manufacturing processes. FDAN has spent a great deal of energy of design, engineering and manufacturing of the Extruders and also we are in close contact with the industry leaders in compounding and extrusion, feeding and weighing and bulk material handling and FDAN is actively participates in this market.     Compounding & Extruder


    FDAN can provide Extrusion and Compounding is different application. The machines can be used for various applications in plastics production and recycling: for production (granulation) of plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, PS and PVC, for the production of films, for recycling PET and also for upcycling various materials. In addition, new solutions for dosing , granulation and conveying can be offered, with which complete recycling systems can be implemented in combination.

    High-capacity extruders for polyolefins

    The twin screw extruder compounder is our achievement in the development of the high-performance compounding of polymer plants. The high functionality of the Extruder is outcome of the latest research and development.

    FDAN Extruder fits the best for processing of polymers like PE, PP, etc. It permanently provides maximum production capacity and non stop duration  of processes with a low energy requirements. Its design principle makes it optimal  for usage in any polymer plant. Whether it is a matter of continuously stabilizing, homogenizing and pelletizing LLDPE, HDPE or PP powder. You achieve maximum throughput rates with the lowest possible cost and the highest product quality.

    The current series features a specific torque of 12.5 Nm/cm3. This brings polyolefin processing to the throughput rate of 135 t/h and beyond.

    Pneumatic Conveyor System


    Pneumatic conveying is a method of transporting materials using air as conveying medium. Pneumatic conveying involves the transport of materials by air or other gases. Pneumatic conveying is the movement of powdered or granulated solids using air.

    Pneumatic conveying systems use a series of pipelines that move products by pumping air. These products typically consist of powders or granules. These systems function by moving materials through enclosed, airtight pipelines through a combination of airflow or another type of gas and pressure.
